My Books runs on your Windows computer. Enter your own information, work offline, and keep your personal profiles locally. No online banking connection is needed.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
Try the sample workspace first, or bring your existing books along.
Install My Books and open the Demo Account. Use demo as the password to explore the sample workspace. Demo changes are temporary.
Ready for your own books? Create a profile, then begin in My Calendar with your paydays and financial periods. Add your funds, bills, budget, and goals from there.
Export an .aas backup from 11.0.2. Import it during installation or choose Import Backup on the welcome screen. Have your backup and original profile passwords ready.
Version 11.1 installs separately and imports a copy. Review the transfer notes for changed formats, note length limits, and retired routines.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Yes. My Books 11.1 is free to download and use, with no subscription.
You need a connection to download the installer and visit this website. The desktop app works offline with information you enter yourself.
This release is a Windows desktop application. There is no native Mac, iPhone, or Android version of My Books 11.1.
Save edits in each menu, then use Save and Quit when leaving the app to keep the session. Use the profile backup options to create .aas backups, and keep your recovery key somewhere safe. See the user guide for the full process.
